Your account makes it easy for you to change your mailing address. Sign in, go to your profile, and click "My Account" and "Edit" on your page. You can also change the mailing address when you're checking out.

We accept major payment transfers. Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods. 

Shipping tracking and delivery

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Typically, orders within (name of country) are delivered within 3-8  business days, and international orders can take up to 7- 14 business days. However, please note that delivery times may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

That's right. You can change the address or contact information for the delivery as long as we have delivery capabilities at the modified address. Let us know what you need, and we'll take care of it.

Refunds and Returns

In the following cases, you cannot return the product:

  • There is no longer a 30-day return window
  • This product has not passed the quality check
  • Masks and intimates are not returnable.

You will receive your refund within 2–3 business days after you have successfully picked up your product. Your bank account or credit card statement should reflect the refund within 3-5 working days after we initiate it.

After you raise a return request, the products will usually be picked up within 2–3 days. Please let us know if there are any delays or issues, and we will be happy to assist. 

If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days of picking up your product, please send us a message, and we'll gladly assist you.
