ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY:

- Please note that on weekends and holidays, orders will not be shipped or delivered.
- In case of a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipments. If there is any delay, please allow an additional day for delivery transit.
- We will inform you via email or phone if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that allows you to track its status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking data to appear. It's important to note that trendzbazars is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping company.
CANCELLATION:
- Cancellation requests must be made before the product departs from the warehouse.
- Please be aware that products purchased for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, and others cannot be canceled by the trendzbazars marketing team. These items are offered as limited-time offers or shared-cost models, making cancellation unfeasible.
