We want you to love the clothes you wear. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your orders, we are more than willing to assist you with returns.
For returns to be accepted, the items must be returned in a saleable condition with their tags intact and in their original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged. You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the products.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Please note that masks, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns.
- The items should be in their original, unused condition and returned within ten days of receipt in the original box.
- Any tampering with the tags or garment will result in the rejection of the return request during the quality check.
- In case the product arrives damaged or defective, initiate the return within 2 days of delivery.
- The original barcodes, tags, labels, and packaging of the product and brand should be intact. The return request will be rejected if any of these are missing or tampered with during the quality check.
- You can return one or more items from the same order.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Additionally, we will inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.
- Refunds at trendzbazzar usually process within 5-7 days.
